A call for 213 Australian Government funded locum support applications for next financial quarter has already seen over 130 locum requests come through and all available allied health placements have been allocated to eligible health service applicants this week.
Over 70% of Australian Government funded placements have already been awarded.
This means that the NAHRLS programme will be supporting over 130 nurses and midwives to take leave between 1 July and 30 September 2014. There are only 50 placements remaining for this period so if your staff require leave between 1 July and 30 September 2014, complete the NAHRLS online Client Job Order Form and submit your application for support today. But be quick, placements are filling up fast.
NAHRLS reaches its quota for allied health placements this quarter
NAHRLS received an overwhelming number of applications for allied health locum support placements for the period between 1 July and 30 September 2014. Our recruitment team prioritised each submission and successful applicants were notified of their eligibility to receive Australian Government funded locum support.

This financial year, NAHRLS locums have made it possible for over 1000 health professionals to take a leave and contributed to the continued provision of healthcare services to rural and remote communities around Australia.
